The Government has sent an ambulance to Ha. Muraidhoo as part of the project to further develop and improve the health sector in the country.
The ambulance was transported to Muraidhoo on May 10, 2022. Muraidhoo Health Center stated that the difficulties faced in transporting patients have been resolved since they have received the new ambulance and thanked all those involved in the matter. The Health Center specially thanked President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, Health Minister Ahmed Naseem and constituency MP Ahmed Abdulla.
Moreover, Muraidhoo Council President Ali Sinan stated that with the new ambulance difficulties they have faced in the past since there was no ambulance in the island will be resolved. He also noted that government sending a quality ambulance to a small island like Muraidhoo shows that the government does not discriminate against the island in providing services depending on size.
Sinan further noted that the Muraidhoo Health Center is currently providing mobile laboratory services. In addition, he thanked all those working for the development of Muraidhoo and President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, Health Minister Ahmed Naseem and constituency MP Ahmed Abdulla.
