Fishing race held in Ha. Filladhoo to celebrate Eid

Filladhoo Social Centre in collaboration with Filladhoo Sports Academy held a Fishing race in Filladhoo to celebrate Eid al-Fitr.

A total of nine teams participated in the event. And the only female team participated in the event were the champions of the fishing race catching 53.8Kg of Fish. Champion team was awarded with MVR 3000 cash prize, and runner up team was awarded with MVR 1000.

In additions, at the end of fish race fishes caught in the event were sold after bidding.
