MTCC’s Annual General Meeting to be held on May 19

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for 2021 to be held on May 19, 2022.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 2030hrs at Boaganvilla  Conference Room of Kurumba Maldives. Shareholders have also been given the opportunity to participate in the event physically or through the online web application “Fahivote” of Maldives securities depository.

According to the company, only shareholders who have registered before April 18, 2022, can register and attend the event.

Those who wish to participate in this year’s Annual General Meeting will be able to register before 2030hrs on May 17, 2022. Registration can be completed via the Infinity Portal (www.infinity.mv) of the Maldives Securities Depository or by mailing Application Form for Registration for the Annual General Meeting 2021 to [email protected] 

The Board of Directors of MTCC has approved to distribute MVR 3.50 per share and a total of MVR 28.1 million as dividends to the Annual General Assembly.
