Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has decided to distribute MVR 3.50 as dividends. in their Annual General Meeting.
The company passed the figure at a board meeting held on last Thursday. A total of MVR 28 million has been decided to distribute as dividend. The amount of dividends will be passed with the vote of shareholders at this year’s Annual General Meeting. No date has been announced for the meeting. However, the date for the Annual General Meeting is not yet decided.
Moreover, according to the MTCC, dividends will be given to shareholders registered with the company before April 18, 2022.
MTCC made a profit of MVR 224 million last year.
