Kelaa Council has decided to lease two plots of 1,500 square feet of land for a period of 25 years to conduct oil business in the island’s from the west side of the harbour.
According to the Council bid registration can be completed during working hours from April 20-28, 2022. And the information session regarding the leasing of land plots will be held at council at 1300hrs on April 28, 2022. Moreover, interested parties with a valid business registration under Business Registration Act can participated in the information session and bidding.
Kelaa Council further stated that those who wish to complete the online registration process to send the Business name, Contact number, Email address and the name of the applicant to the mail address ([email protected]) or the council’s viber number 9650027.
In addition, bid submission will be held at council on May 9, 2022, at 1300hrs.
