Hoarafushi Council to begin providing driver’s license card services

Hoarafushi Council has decided to begin providing driver’s license card services from Sunday, April 10, 2022.

According to the announcement made by the council, 10 new license cards and those who seek to increase the category of license cards will be provided within every week.

The council stated that the forms for new license and category increase services will be collected from 1000hrs to 1200hrs on Sundays every week. Moreover, as per council, forms will be collected on a first come first serve basis. And the application forms for other license card services will be submitted from 1200hrs to 1300hrs on Sundays.

In addition, the council further stated that the application form for the license card will be available from Hoarafushi council reception and that the application form will be rejected if the information required by the application form is not completed and if the additional documents required to submit with the application form are not submitted.
