Dhidhdhoo Council has opened the opportunity for interested parties to design their official seal.
According to the announcement by the Council, there are some special consideration need to be taken into while designing the seal. These include that seal should not be published before, seal should symbolizes a special feature of Dhidhdhoo, design of the seal must in a standard in which community can accept, and the proposed seal should not represent any political party.
Moreover, the seal should be designed in such a way that it can be used in letterheads, business cards, uniforms, t-shirts, websites and flags. Also, changing the size of seal for various purpose should not have any impact on quality of the logo, and it should be easily to prepare from different materials like wood and metal.
Furthermore, priority should be given to use teal blue and white shades and shades of those colours. “HA. Dhidhdhoo Council” must be written in English. And if the font used is a custom font must include information about the font used and submitting the font with a seal. Also, details of the soft copy of the seal and the details of what is represented by the seal have to be submitted in writing.
The council requested those interested in designing the seal to submit it to the council before 1400hrs on April 14, 2022. Or it can be mailed to [email protected] as per announcement.
In addition, cash prize of MVR 5,000 will be awarded to the person or party who submitted the seal selected for use in the council.
