Additional 21 Ambulances brought by STO as part of the agreement with Government

As a part of the contract with Government and State Trading Organization (STO) to bring Ambulances for Hospitals and Health Centers in atolls, additional 21 Ambulances has been brought to Maldives.

The government assigned STO to bring 96 Ambulances to use in Hospitals and Health Centers in atolls on July 10, 2021.  The agreement was signed between The Ministry of Finance, STO and The Ministry of Health.

According to STO, this is the fourth shipment of Ambulances brought in by the company. And these Ambulances will be sent to the designated Islands soon.

In addition, out of 96 Ambulances, STO has handed over 41 ambulances to the islands.
