Road Development Corporation Limited (RDC) has commenced the second phase of Kulhudhuffushi city Road Development project.
The ceremony held in the city to inaugurate the project was attended by Managing Director of RDC Moosa Ali Manik, Kulhudhuffushi North MP Yasir Abdul Latheef, Kulhudhuffushi South MP Jamsheed Mohamed, Mayor Mohamed Athif, members of city council and senior officials of government institutions. Project was inaugurated by RDC MD Moosa Ali Manik, two members from Kulhudhuffushi, Mayor Athif and city councilors.
Initial agreement was signed on February 25, 2020, with a budget of MVR 100,700.048.55 to be completed on 510 days. However, as additional works are included in the project, an additional MVR 93 million will be spent and a total of MVR 193,700.048.55 will be spent on the project.
