Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) stated that the fifth shipment of rock boulders required for Ha. Hoarafushi Airport Shore protection project has been delivered to the project site.
Under the Hoarafushi Airport Shore protection project include coastal protection and construction of a concrete culvert on the causeway which connects from Hoarafushi to the Airport.
The project has been contracted to MTCC by National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure with a budget of MVR 90.5 million.
MTCC has been undertaking many development projects throughout the country including building roads, airports, land reclamation, shore protection, and harbours.
