Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has stated that the second shipment of rock boulders required for the breakwater construction of Rasmaadhoo Harbour was delivered to the project site.
Under the project to develop Rasmaadhoo Harbour MTCC has to dredge 8100 cubic metres of harbour basin and construction of a 377 meter breakwater. In addition, the installation of navigation lights, installation of streetlights, and developing a 600 square meter paved area will be undertaken.

The project is worth MVR 28.1million.
MTCC has been undertaking many development projects throughout the country including building roads, airports, land reclamation, shore protection, and harbours.
