The Ministry of Finance has announced that they are looking for interested parties to construct 400 Housing units in Kulhudhuffushi City under Design and Built basis, in response to a request from the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.
The process of selecting a qualified party for the project will be carried out in accordance with the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) guidelines. According to the Ministry, the conditions and criteria to be evaluated will be specified in the bid booklet.
Moreover, all documents related to the project will be available for download from the ministry’s website www.finance.gov.mv from February 13, 2022 onwards. In addition, MVR 2,100,000 is required to be submitted as bid security for the project. The bid security period is 148 days from the bid opening date.
