Cake course and Pastry course organized by WDC concluded in Feevah

Feevah Women’s Development Committee (WDC) has successfully concluded a cake course and pastry course held on the island.

The “Butter Cream and Pastry Course with Shazee” is two courses organized by the Island’s WDC for womens from Feevah. According to WDC, a total of 22 people completed both courses. And the course was conducted by Shazi, a talented woman from Feevah who has spent more than 14 years in the field.

Moreover, certificates were also presented to the participants of the course at the closing ceremony held at Feevah School. The ceremony was attended by senior officials of some institutions of Feevah, members of the Feevah WDC and participants of the courses. 

Furthermore, during the ceremony, participants of The Butter Cream and Pastry Course also showcased some of the items prepared by the participants.

In addition, in the cake course how to bake and do the icing on the cakes was taught and in the pastry course how to make nine different types of pastries were taught.
