Male’ Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has set up a help desk in hiyaa flat to provide information on water bills to their customers.

MWSC stated that the help desk will provide information to their customers regarding water bills. Moreover, from help desk customers can register for water meters and apply for the leniency policy scheme offered by the company for the customers to pay their pending bills monthly. 

Furthermore, visitors to the help desk will also be provided with information on how to identify a water leak and what to do incase of a water leakage.

In addition, MWSC requests to bring Owners ID card and page 29 of flat agreement if they wish to register their water meters.

The Help Desk will be located in the 13th Tower of Hiyaa Flat from November 30 to December 04, except Fridays from 1300hrs to 1700hrs.
