Buruni Shore Protection Project commenced: MTCC

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has stated that they have commenced Th. Buruni Coastal Protection Project.

Moreover, MTCC stated that dredging operations for sand required for beach filling is currently ongoing.

Under the project MTCC has to construct 220 meter revetment, beach filling of 21181.80 cubic meter of sand, and a 369 meter breakwater. 

The value of the project is MVR 28.8 million.

MTCC has been undertaking many development projects throughout the country including building roads, airports and harbors.
