Baarah Council has opened applications for those who wish to lease land from Baarah Industrial Area.
Land will be leased from Baarah Industrial Area for oil trade, fish production, workshop operations, warehouses and wood works.
Therefore, Baarah Council requested all eligible applicants interested in leasing land from the area to submit their bids after registering to submit their bids. Moreover, Baarah Council has stated that those who are not registered to submit their bids will not have the opportunity to submit their bids. Also bids can be submitted via email.
Furthermore, bids can be submitted only if applicants have a valid business registration. Also, if applicants previously leased any such lands and land has been taken from them since they have not followed the rules, they can apply only after one year. And there should not be any pending payment regarding previously leased land.
Interested applicants are required to register before 1300hrs on December 5, 2021. The pre-bid meeting for applicants is scheduled to be held at 1305hrs on the same day. In addition, bid submission and opening will be held at the Secretariat of Baarah Council on December 13, 2021.
