Maarandhoo council has decided to rent land plots for interested parties to produce dried fish and salted dried fish.
According to the announcement by the Council, a 1500 square feet land plot near the beach is planned to be rented for a period of five years. Therefore, the council requests interested individuals to visit the council for the information session which will be held at 1100hrs of November 20, 2021, and to submit proposals on 1100hrs of November 24, 2021.
Moreover, as per the announcement, proposals should be in a closed envelope and proposals from those who did not attend the information session will not be accepted.
In addition, if another person is sent for submitting the bids, he or she must have a letter stating it as per council’s announcement.
