A Religious awareness program has been conducted for Students, Parents, and Citizens of Nellaidhoo.
The program was conducted in collaboration with Nellaidhoo Council, Women’s Development Committee (WDC), Nellaidhoo School and Ministry of Islamic Affairs.
According to the Vice President of Nellaidhoo Council Ahmed Rasheed, the main purpose of conducting such a program is to create religious awareness among the people and students of Nellaidhoo.
Therefore, separate sessions targeted for parents, students, and the public were conducted.
Moreover, the council appreciated the public for their support in such activities and stated that they plan to conduct similar sessions once every two months.
Islamic Ministry has been conducting religious awareness programs in collaboration with local councils and schools in the atolls.
