The Auditor General’s North Regional office opened in HDh. Kulhudhuffushi City.
Yasir Abdul Latheef, North Kulhudhuffushi Parliament Member, officially opened the North Regional Office on September 6, 2021.
Auditor General Hussain Niyaz and a team from the Audit Office attended the ceremony to launch the North Regional office. Also, Mayor of Kulhudhuffushi City, the President of the Hdh. Atoll Council, and representatives from other Kulhudhuffushi institutes joined the event.
Moreover, the Auditor General’s office conducted a training session for parents of Jalaluddin School, Afeefuddin School, and HDh. Atoll Education Center on how to raise children in a better society.
As stated by the Auditor General’s Office, it will be easier and more convenient to give better service to the institutes in the Islands of the North. Additionally, conducting training sessions for government employees in the region will be efficient and easy after establishing the Regional Office in Kulhudhuffushi.
