Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has stated that 70% of Dhihdhoo Ferry Terminal Foundation footing has been completed.
Ferry terminal to be built in Dhihdhoo is built under the phase 1 of “Integrated National Public Ferry Network Project”
The goal of this project is to build a high-speed ferry network to connect islands and atolls of the Maldives. This project will be implemented in three phases, with Phase 1 covering Zone 1. (Ha. HDh. and Sh. atolls).
Moreover, the integrated national public ferry network is a project that will provide reliable, efficient, inexpensive, convenient, and long-term passenger ferry services to all of the country’s administrative islands.

MTCC has been undertaking many development projects throughout the country including building roads, airports and harbors.
