For the second time, bidding is open for the construction of shop and godown at Kelaa’s harbour area on a contractor finance design and build basis, after adequate proposals were not received for the previous announcement.

As per the council’s announcement, interested parties are requested to clarify information about the project from council and submit proposals to develop shop and storage facilities on plots Comm/4 and Comm/6 near the harbor.

Bid registration will be open between 0900-1300hrs from 29th August to 6th September, 2021. Also Bid registration can also be done online using the link: https://tinyurl.com/69tbc9a6

Moreover, according to the announcement, an information providing session will be held at the Secretariat of Kelaa Council on September 6, 2021. And proposals must be submitted before 1300 hours on September 9, 2021.

In addition, interested parties can participate in bidding only if they have a valid business license. License can be for a partnership, a company, a local business, or a sole proprietorship.
