Results of HA Atoll Quran competition was announced.
This ceremony was held at HA Atoll Thauleemee Marukazu. The chief guest of the ceremony was the Principal of HA Atoll Thauleemee Marukazu, Mr.Abdulla Naahid.
Trophies and certificates for the winners were distributed by the President of HA Atoll Council Mr.Moosa Shafeeq, President of Ha.Kelaa Council Mr. Abdulla Infaaz and president of Ha.Dhihdhoo Council Mr.Abdulla Rasheed.
The competition was conducted between three groups, which are 10 Juz of Quran, 20 Juz of Quran and 30 Juz of Quran. 1st and 2nd winner were selected between each group.
Ha.Dhihdhoo, Funakuri, Bassaama Sulaiman won the 1st prize of the competition while 2nd prize winner of the competition was Ha.Hoarafushi, Paradise, Ahmed Sujaau. 3rd prize winner of the competition was Ha.Dhihdhoo, Simyaamanzil, Suma Siyam.
Many Islands of Ha Atoll participated in the competition. 1st prize winning Island of the competition was Ha.Dhihdhoo, 2nd was Ha.Kelaa while 3rd winning Island was Ha.Ihavandhoo.
The judges of the competition were Al Qari Ibrahim Shifau, Al Qari Mohamed Thaufeeq and Al Qaria Fathimath Rasheeda.
Ha Atoll Quran Competition is held in every year, however due to covid 19, the competition was conducted virtual. This was the first competition, which was held virtually since Ha Atoll Quran Competition was started.
