Doubts about the opening can be cleared at 24th June, Wednesday 13:00. Estimated costs are to be submitted to Council Office before 30th June, Thursday 11:00.
As informed by President of Kelaa Council, Abdulla Infaaz this is the result of failed efforts to breed goats at Kelaa. Currently 6 goats remain from the total 10. The goat breeding program was started in collaboration with Agriculture Ministry. The aim of the program is to provide a source of income to the council and to strengthen food security.
