HDh. Nolhivaranfaru school’s Maldivian teachers has gifted a Television to the school.
The school has elaborated that the school has received a TV from the Maldivian teachers and another TV which was also gifted by the Senior Management, Admin, and Technical Staffs. Both the TVs are 55″ TVs.
The teachers of Nolhivaranfaru school decided to gift these TVs, as after the digitalization era of the school on 2013-2014, 6 classrooms are with broken TVs. Therefore, in order to ease the work of teachers and also to give the maximum knowledge to the students, the school has decided to gift these two TVs to these classrooms with broken ones.
The school’s principal Ali Ahmed has stated to “Thiladhun” that the TVs, has been broken and without use for more than a year now.
“The Maldivian teachers gifted one first. Later on, the other staffs followed. The example that was set by the teachers impacted. I am very proud and happy.” he added.
He stated that a total of 6 classrooms are without TVs, and they already received 2. In a near future, he believes that he would receive 1 more TV as well.
Nolhivaranfaru already has 302 students in the school and the school is giving education up to 10th grade.
