Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital (KRH) resumes its OPD consultations today, after halting work after a patient from KRH was found positive for COVID-19 and the island was brought into a state of monitoring.
The hospital commenced its operations again from 15:00 Hrs today.
KRH, in their announcement today stated that from 1500 hrs today, the hospital will resume their OPD consultations.
“We request everyone to stay home unless it is an emergency, and get our tele-consultation services where in need. We also advise to refrain from visiting patients,” stated the hospital.
KRH noted that, starting from tomorrow services will resume as before at their flu clinic as well. Locals showing symptoms of cold and fever are advised to visit the flu clinic at once. Additionally, the hospital stated that their public health unit will also continue providing services as before.
KRH temporarily closed down the hospital’s OPD consultations on August 30.
