The HA. Kelaa Council has announced an open invitation for qualified parties to submit bids for the design, development, hosting, and maintenance of its official website.
Interested parties may register to participate in the bidding process from February 2 to February 8, 2026. Registration forms can be submitted in person at the reception of the Kelaa Council Secretariat on official working days between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., or via email at [email protected].
An information session for registered bidders will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Kelaa Council Secretariat meeting room. The submission of proposals is scheduled for Monday, February 16, 2026, at 1:30 p.m.
The council stated that participation in the bidding process is restricted to parties registered under the Business Registration Act. Only bidders who complete registration within the specified period will be eligible to submit proposals. All submissions must be delivered in a sealed envelope.
