A new Regional Police Commander has been appointed to Upper North Regional Police Division.
Chief Superintendent of Police Ibrahim Zuhuree has been appointed as the Regional Commander of the Upper North Regional Police Division. Zuhuree has served in the Police force for more than 27 years.
Zuhuree, who has completed higher studies in Law and Sociology, was last at the Head of Communication and Public Affairs of Police.
Zuhuree arrived in Kulhudhuffushi City, where the Upper North Police Regional Headquarters is located, in late January, but officially took over the office back in December 26, 2023.
