Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital (KRH) has announced the opening of registrations for a special medical camp featuring a team of experienced specialist doctors.
According to KRH, this specialized surgical camp is being organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Male’ City Group of Hospitals. The camp is scheduled to take place from June 12 to 14, with a total of eight experienced specialists participating.
The team of specialists includes Dr. Abdullah Ubaid, Dr. Mohamed Shifan, Dr. Asad Shaheed, Dr. Mohamed Waheed, Dr. Aishath Azna, Dr. Ibrahim Misbah, Dr. Mohamed Shareef, and Dr. Ali Aafee.
The camp will offer a comprehensive range of medical services including:
- Open and laparoscopic surgeries
- Treatment for chronic wounds
- Plastic surgery services
- Cancer surgery specialist services
- Urology specialist services
- Neurosurgery services
- Treatment for chronic pain conditions
KRH has announced that the specialists will be seeing patients at the hospital’s OPD. Additionally, the hospital will be conducting various training sessions and classes for their doctors and nurses during this period.
Those interested in consulting the specialists or requiring surgical procedures can register starting from June 1, 2025, after 4 PM. Registrations can be made either by calling KRH at 6528864 or through the hospital’s patient portal. The hospital urges interested individuals to register through these official channels.
