HDh. Finey Council has opened bidding for the land plots from island’s Tourism Zone.
The decision to allot land from the tourism zone of the island was taken at the 106th meeting of the council’s fourth session held on November 02, 2023.
According to the announcement by the Finey Council, seven plots of 5,000 square feet each and two plots of 10,000 square feet each is open from the island’s tourism zone.
Moreover, those interested can complete application form for bid registration on weekdays from 08:30 hrs to 13:00 hrs till November 30, 2023. And according to council an online information session regarding the bidding is scheduled to be held at 11:30hrs on December 07, 2023.
Furthermore, under the opportunity bids should be submitted before 11:00hrs of January 07, 2024. And the bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
