Opportunity has been open to participate Ha. Dhidhdhoo “Ranthari” Quran Competition 2023.

Dhidhdhoo “Ranthari” Quran Competition is held in the memory of the late Khadheeja Mohamed and the late Ismail Mohamed.

According to the competition organizer Dhidhdhoo Ekuverikamuge Cheynu Jamiyya, the purpose of the competition is to increase the love for the Holy Quran among the people of Dhidhdhoo, create a competitive spirit of Reciting the Holy Quran, to revive the art of reciting Quran, to encourage reciting the Holy Quran in Tajweed, to inculcate religious spirit, and to encourage citizens to memorize the Holy Quran.

Moreover, according to Dhidhdhoo Ekuverikamuge Cheynu Jamiyya the conditions for participating in the competition include being a citizen of Dhidhdhoo or residing in Dhidhdhoo. Furthermore, organizer stated that competition will be held in two categories both memorized and non- memorized, and participants can participate only in one category.

Therefore, the organizer of the competition requests those interested in participating the competition to complete the Google application form before 16:30hrs of October 12, 2023.The competition is scheduled to begin on November 23, 2023.
