Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has stated that they have mobilized site to commence Ha. Dhidhdhoo Land Reclamation Project.
Under the project sand search surveys and 26 hectares reclamation operations will be carried out. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) also will be conducted as it is part of the project scope.
The MVR 83.07 million project was awarded to the company to be completed within 360 days.
MTCC has been undertaking many development projects throughout the country including building roads, airports, land reclamation, shore protection, and harbours.
