HDh. Hanimaadhoo Council has decided to lease out land for a period of 40 years for tourism business from land allocated for Hanimaadhoo Tourism zone.
According to the announcement by the council, they has decided to lease out four land plots of 10,000 square feet for tourism business from the island’s tourism zone for a period of 40 years, while eight land plots of 5,000 square feet will be leased for a period of 30 years.
Moreover, information session regarding the 10,000 square feet land plots is scheduled to be held at 1030hrs of July 20, 2023, in the meeting room of the council and bid submission will be held at 1030hrs of August 03, 2023, in the meeting room of the council.
Furthermore, information session regarding the 5,000 square feet land plots is scheduled to be held at 1030hrs of July 24, 2023, in the meeting room of the council and bid submission will be held at 1030hrs of August 06, 2023, in the meeting room of the council.
In addition, council stated that bids can be submitted only if the interested parties attended the information session.
