Vice President appointed as the Amir al-Hajj for this year

Vice President Faisal Naseem has been appointed by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih to serve as the Amir al-Hajj for this year.

The Vice President would oversee the seamless and secure passage of Maldivian pilgrims to Saudi Arabia in his capacity as the Amir al-Hajj.

Moreover, the administration focuses significant importance on the safe and orderly conduct of the Hajj pilgrimage. In addition, all necessary actions are taken to guarantee the security and well-being of pilgrims.
