Ha. Ihavandhoo Club Polestar has officially handed over the modern digital notice board developed at Ihavandhoo School by the club.
The noticeboard was officially handed over at a special ceremony held in front of Ihavandhoo School on the night of May 22. On behalf of the school, the notice board was received by the Principal of the school, Ahmed Rasheed.
The notice board developed has a digital part and a normal part. A modern roof has also been developed to shelter this notice board. This project part of grant aid from the Maldivian Community Foundation, which was carried by Club Polestar.
According to Club Polestar, the grand aid from Maldivian Community Foundation was received after a submitting a successful proposal and digital notice board developed at Ihavandhoo School was developed in consultation with the school and based on the opinion of the school. The clubs believes that the notice board will benefit parents and students of the school.
Speaking on the occasion, Ihavandhoo School Principal Ahmed Rasheed stated that the involvement of all the residents in the development of the school is important and thus, the support of the club organizations registered in Ihavandhoo for the development of the school is well received constantly. The digital notice board developed by Polestar in the school is a proof of that, he added.
In addition, principal noted that with the digital notice board messages needs to be delivered to students and parents can be delivered easily and efficiently.
