A framework agreement has been signed to establish an educational institute in Hulhumale’.
The framework agreement was signed between Urbanco and Al Medina Investment at ceremony held at Urbanco on Sunday. The agreement was signed on behalf of Urbanco by Managing Director Ahmed Athif and CEO Ali Ahsan signed on behalf of Al Medina Investment.
Regarding the agreement, Urbanco stated that the institute will be built in Hulhumale’ phase 1. Currently there are not enough educational institutions to cater the large population living in in Hulhumale’.
Even now under Al-Medina Private Limited provides education. These include Ilm Institute and Kokkomenge Preschool. Company’s share is owned by the Former Islamic Minister by Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed.
According to sources, as per the agreement with Urbanco, the education institute will be built on land adjacent to the Rehendhi School.
