The Ministry of National Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure has awarded Ha. Ihavandhoo Road Development project to Road Development Corporation (RDC).
Director General Fathimath Shaana Farooq signed the agreement on behalf of the Ministry and CFO Yasir Hassan signed on behalf of RDC, at a ceremony held at the Planning Ministry on Sunday.
Under the project laying asphalt in 6.9-kilometer roads, developing a storm-water drainage system, and installation of streetlights will be undertaken.
The MVR 102.8 million project was awarded to the company to be completed within 540 days.
