Allied Insurance has enabled customers to take Allied and Ayayi’s Motor Comprehensive plans online as part of Ramadan promotion.

Currently the company offers two motor insurance services. They are the government’s mandated ‘third-party motor’ plan and ‘comprehensive motor’ plans. Unlike ‘third-party motor’ plans, ‘comprehensive motor’ plans will provide full coverage to customers. Under ongoing Ramadan promotion, for the first 100 customers who takes the plans will receive a free Helmet.

According to Allied Insurance, the rationale behind making motor comprehensive plans online is the extent to which it focuses on one of its pillars, ‘customer centricity’. Allied noted that the company’s priority is to provide easy, innovative solutions for customers to find insurance solutions.

In order to launch motor comprehensive plans from Allied online portal ‘My Allied’, the option of taking the plan online is now available only for motorcycles that have been in use for less than 5 years and purchased between MVR 40,000 to MVR 100,000 price range. For other vehicles, the comprehensive plan will be taken online only after completing the application process through the portal and payment through the payment link sent by Allied after verifying the authenticity of the application.

Furthermore, Allied stated that this is an easy way to ensure safety while saving valuable time of customers. Company also stated that service also can be taken from Allied Insurance and its Islamic window, Ayady Takaful.

Allied stated that one of the main priorities for online application to the service is to ensure the authenticity of the information provided by taking the plan in the name of the person who has registered the vehicle. If customers need any help to avail the service, can contact Allied’s hotline 1600.
