Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has stated that Sh. Milandhoo Shore Protection Project is progressing at a fast pace.
MTCC also updated on ongoing works stating that The second shipment of Rock Boulders required for the project has been delivered to the site and 37% Groyne profiling work has been completed and underway.
Under the project to protect MTCC has to construct 594 meters of revetment and 115 meter groyne.
The project has been contracted to MTCC by National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure with a budget of MVR 36.69 million.
MTCC has been undertaking many development projects throughout the country including building roads, airports, land reclamation, shore protection, and harbours.
