Special Religious Awareness session held for Women of Ha. Ihavandhoo

A special Religious awareness session was held for the women of the Ha. Ihavandhoo.

The awareness session was organised by the Women’s Development Committee (WDC) of the island. The theme of the session, which was held at Ihavandhoo School on Thursday afternoon, was ‘Preparing for the Holy Month of Ramadan’.

The session was taken by Dr. Anara Naeem and Shaykhah Hawwa Latheef. In addition, a mental counselling program was also conducted for the women of the island. The Counseling session was taken by Dr. Anara.

Both the events, organized by the Ihavandhoo Women’s Development Committee, received a good response from the women of the village.
