Opportunity has been open to participate in Football academy to be set up in HDh. Nolhivaram.
According to the announcement by Nolhivaram Council, the academy is part of a long-term plan for the development of Maldivian Football by the New Radiant Sports Club with the noble objective of producing good and talented children for Football.
Nolhivaram has also been included in the first islands to start the Football academy in different parts of the country by New Radiant Sports Club and the academy scheduled to start in March this year.
According to the council, the age groups for participating in the ‘New Radiant Academy’ are under 7 years, under 9 years, under12 years, under 14 years, and under 16 years. Council further stated the considering the number of students entering the academy, if it is more than 100 students, it has been decided to appoint a good quality foreign coach to train permanently in islands.
The council also noted that the academy will provide all necessary equipment for the academy ahead of its operations, while the students participating in the ‘New Radiant Academy’ will be charged MVR 300 per month. In addition, along with the application form, a new entrant would be charged MVR 300 as academy kit fee.
The admission process for the academy is now open and will continue till January 31. The application form for registration will be available from council’s reception during official working hours. And further information can be clarified by contacting 3327956.
Recently, it was decided to set up a Football academy in Ha. Baarah, and opportunity has been opened participate in the academy.
