Blood Brothers has won the final match played against Madu Fehi in the Football tournament of Foakaidhoo Council Sports Fiesta 2022.
In the final match played at Foakaidhoo Football Ground Blood Brothers won the match 2-0. Mohamed Rishwan of Blood Brothers was selected as the player of the match.
A total of four teams participated in the tournament. The teams are Blood Brothers, Young Winners, Madu Fehi Sports Club and Superstar.
At the end of the final match, the closing ceremony of the tournament was held and prizes and awards were handed over to the winners. Khaleel Jamal of Blood Brothers, was selected the best midfielder of the tournament. Mohamed Ahsham of Madu Fehi was selected as the best defender of the tournament. Mohamed Nadheem of Madu Fehi was the best forward and top scorer of the tournament. Mohammad Iyaan Ismail Madu Fehi was selected the best young player of the tournament. Hussain Jinah, Superstar was selected as the fairplay player of the tournament. Mohamed Ihsan of Madu Fehi was selected the best goalkeeper of the tournament. Mohamed Rishwan of Blood Brothers was selected as the best player of the tournament.
The tournament is organized by Foakaidhoo Council with the objective of reviving the spirit of football in Foakaidhoo and producing talented footballers in the Island.
