The Prayer workshop held at Kulhudhuffushi City by Kulhudhuffushi ‘Hirafus’ a NGO of the Island in collaboration with Jamiyyath Salaf has been concluded successfully.
The workshop was dedicated to children in the age group of 8 to 12 years. Total 227 children of both genders participated in the workshop held from November 17-19, 2022.
During the workshop, the students were also taught how to perform the prayers, sunnah prayers and how to perform the Ṣalāt al-Janāzah (Funeral prayer), besides providing them with religious information. Parents of children who participated in the workshop were also briefed on how to raise their children well and what parents should be careful about when their children use the internet.
Sheikh Nimal Mohammed and Sheikh Mujuthaba Hameed, who are working to spread religious knowledge in the country also attended the workshop.
