Kulhudhuffushi City Council has decided to lease out five plots of land for general business from Kulhudhuffushi City, North Harbour area for 25 years.
According to the announcement by Kulhudhuffushi City council, five land plots of 1,500 square feet of land will be leased for a long term.
Therefore, the council requested those interested in leasing the land plots to submit their application forms before 1015 hrs of October 31, 2022, by contacting 6527177/6527166 or submit the applications online using the link https://forms.office.com/r/23K91H3EeN Moreover, the council stated that if interested parties have any query, to mail it to [email protected] before 1015 hrs of October 27, 2022.
Furthermore, proposal submission will be held at Kulhudhuffushi City Council on November 1, 2022, at 1015hrs. Also, the council noted that queries received via email will be answered before October 31, 2022. And each bidder can submit one proposal.
Council further stated that proposals can be submitted only by the parties who have completed bid registration and if they have valid business registration under Business Registration Act.
In addition, Kulhudhuffushi City Council stated that priority will be given to bidders in the island and from atolls while evaluating the bids.
