MTCC commenced Ha. Hoarafushi Airport Jetty Construction project

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has commenced Ha. Hoarafushi Airport Jetty Construction Project.

According to MTCC, the project commenced yesterday. Under the project channel dredging operations of 18,000 cubic meter, construction of jetty using precast L blocks, construction of a geobag revetment and installation of navigational lights will be undertaken.

The value of the project is MVR 5.99 million.

Moreover, Hoarafushi Airport was also developed by MTCC. The construction of a jetty at the airport has been requested by the people from neighboring islands travelling to the airport since the airport was brought to operations.
