“Furaavaru” camp is currently underway in Ha. Utheemu with students from five schools of Thiladhunmathi.
The 3 days camp which began on Thursday is held at Utheemu Ghaazee Bandaarain School. The camp is attended by students from Ha. Utheemu Ghaazee Bandaarain School, Ha. Muraidhoo School, Ha. Vashafaru School, Ha. Filladhoo School and HDh. Kurinbi School.
According to Maldives Police, a total of 131 students from five schools in Thiladhunmathi are taking part in the camp. The students include 61 female students and 70 male students.
The camp, organized jointly by the Crime Prevention and Public Affairs of the Maldives Police Service and the Haa Alifu Atoll Police Stations, in collaboration with Utheemu Council and 5 Schools participated in the camp is conducted by the police officers with experience in conducting such camps.
