Construction of 75 Housing units in Ha. Dhidhdhoo awarded to SJ Construction

Construction of 75 Housing units in Ha. Dhidhdhoo has been awarded to SJ construction under design and build basis.

The project was awarded to SJ Construction Private Limited at a ceremony held at the Planning Ministry. The MVR 120,405,400.00 project was awarded to be completed within 365 days. Dhidhdhoo MP Abdulla Waheed also attended the signing ceremony.

According to the Planning Ministry, 75 row houses of 700 square feet and two storey will be constructed in Dhidhdhoo under the agreement signed with SJ Construction.

In addition, Housing units have been constructed in Dhidhdhoo in the past and people are currently living in those one storey units.

Dhidhdhoo, which has a population of over 4,000, has also been reclaimed due to land shortages.
