Sub-base works of Ha. Hoarafushi Road Construction Project commenced

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has stated that Sub-base works of Ha. Hoarafushi Road Construction Project has commenced.

MTCC also stated that ABC and asphalt materials required for the project has been delivered to the project site.

Under the project, 11 roads, a total area of 5.3 kilometers will be developed and an area of 2590 square meters will be levelled and paved. And, 11114 square meter pavement will be constructed along with the water drainage system. In addition, installation of street lights and road signs.

The project is worth MVR 71.90 million.

MTCC has been undertaking many development projects throughout the country including building roads, airports, land reclamation, shore protection, and harbours.
