Cooking course conducted by WDC concluded in HDh. Nellaidhoo

Cooking course conducted by HDh. Nellaidhoo Women’s Development Committee (WDC) in the Island has successfully concluded.

The course was conducted in collaboration with Nellaidhoo WDC and Afghan Cookbook from June 23, 2022 to June 29, 2022.

According to Nellaidhoo Council Vice President Ahmed Rasheed, a total of 25 participants have completed the course. He also noted that the course was an opportunity for the skilled women of the island to further develop their cooking skills. Moreover, he thanked all those who supported in conducting the course. 

Furthermore, the course taught participants how to cook dishes of different countries, including chicken biryani, chicken tagine, spaghetti alfredo, shawarma, butter chicken, dragon president, tart, moose, cheesecake, flourless cake. To conclude the course, an exhibition was held with the dishes learned by the participants in the course and other types of food.

Nellaidhoo WDC has been conducting various activities in the island and assisting with the council in the celebration of various occasions in the island.
