Recharge and add-ons purchasing for Ooredoo numbers available via Facebook

Ooredoo has made arrangements to recharge and purchase add-ons for Ooredoo numbers via Facebook.

The service is provided under an agreement between Ooredoo and Facebook’s main company, Meta.

According to Ooredoo, it is a pleasure to strengthen the partnership with Meta, expand its services with innovative solutions, and enhance the digital experience of its customers. The service is provided through Facebook’s official digital channels as well as public utilities platforms, as per the company.

Ooredoo Maldives has also launched a text-only Facebook version for its customers. With this service, Ooredoo customers can use the basic version of Facebook and Facebook Messenger without any data or subscription.

With the service launched, customers can upgrade the text-only version to facebook’s full version after recharging from Facebook, and can stream videos and photos for free.
