Fenaka Corporation has been contracted to complete the Milandhoo’s Sewerage and water connections project by the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.
Under the project, sewerage systems will be connected to 330 houses and water connected to 290 houses. Moreover, it is estimated that the project will cost MVR 15 million.
According to constituency MP Ali Riza, this is an important project for the development of Milandhoo and the project will facilitate building of modern roads in the Island. Furthermore, he stated that modernization of Milandhoo’s Electricity Network is almost complete.
In addition, Ali Riza also noted that the electricity generation project through solar panels has now been included in the 2022 budget, which will benefit the people of Milandhoo.
